Sharing personal data with third parties
We do not sell your data to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We have concluded a processor’s agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processes.
Reviewing, modifying or deleting data
You have the right to inspect, correct or remove your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your permission for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by us and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send us a request to inspect, correct, delete or change your personal data or a request to revoke your permission or to object to the processing of your personal data. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, machine readable zone (the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number, in order protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. We would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, in your country.
